Now it's time to get serious. You're about to enter into a legally binding contract for your new home. When both parties agree, you have obtained an equitable interest in the real estate as long as all conditions are met. There are certain factors that we will consider with you:

  • What price should we offer? We will conduct a thorough analysis of sold and active comparables to help you make an offer at an appropriate price.
  • Do you need to make an offer contingent upon the closing of your house? Although less attractive to a seller, you may need to acquire equity from your current house to proceed.
  • What finance contingency will you need?
  • What home inspection contingencies will be asked for? Make note that as a buyer, you'll be asked to pay for the inspections.
